    • Depending on the plan you choose, you can opt to be reviewed and the plan can be adjusted depending on the progress being made.

 

  • Are there any additional resources or tools provided to help me follow the nutrition plan effectively?

    • The Launchpad to Lean plan includes a broad framework for understanding your macronutrients and goals which allows you to cater and make informed choices.

    • The Nourish & Thrive as well as the Thrive Together plans include a free monitoring app called Foodzilla. This user-friendly app is included for tracking meals, macros & your progress. It also offers a variety of meal choices catered to the macronutrients designed for you.

  • Can you provide examples of meals or recipes that would be included in the nutrition plan?

    • For example, it may be decided that adhering to a low carb plan would be the most effective and sustainable plan for you. In this case, you may have a plan that may look like this: ​

  • Will I be required to track my food intake, and if so, what methods or tools are recommended?

    • Accountability is very important for anyone who is looking for a lifestyle change. A method to capture your intake is important for sustainability. Although, it is not required that you track your food, it is highly recommended.
